Stir-fried Cowpea with Pork Neck

Cut the pepper into circles, mince the garlic, and cut the cowpea and garlic seedlings into sections for later use;

Cut the pork neck into strips, add the oil to the pot over medium heat, set aside, decanter the excess oil, and leave the bottom oil in the pot;

Raise the heat to medium-high, heat the pot, pour minced garlic and chili, and saute;

Pour the cowpeas and stir-fry until they are ripe;

Add garlic sprouts, turn a few times, add 2/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and 1/3 teaspoon of pepper, and stir-fry a few times;
6.
Pour in the stir-fried neck meat, pour in a high degree of oil, and quickly even out the pan.
Tips:
Cowpea has a weak flavor. You can add some chives, garlic sprouts or garlic leaves to stir fry to increase the fragrant flavor.
