Stir-fried Cowpea with Twice-cooked Pork and Chili

1. Blanch the pork belly, add ginger slices, cook and cut into small cubes

2. Purple sweet pepper, green red pepper, cowpea diced

3. Put a proper amount of oil in the pot, then add the cowpea and stir fry for a while, then add the green and red pepper, stir fry, add the pork belly and stir evenly, then add the appropriate amount of salt, dark soy sauce, light soy sauce
