Stir-fried Cowpeas with Beef

Wash the cowpeas, cut off and drain the water. Reserve the carrots, peel and slice them, and cut the red pepper into sections, and slice the beef. Marinate with ginger, cornstarch, salt and light soy sauce for a while.
