Stir-fried Crispy Sausage with Snow Pea

Preparation of various materials. Snow peas pinch off the old tendons.

Soak snow peas in light brine for 10 minutes.

Crispy sausages, peeled carrots, sliced. Shred ginger.

Boil water in a pot and blanch snow peas.
5.
Take another pot, heat the pot with cold oil, and put the ginger in the pot.

Add the carrots and stir fry.

Stir fry in crispy intestines.
8.
Stir fry with snow peas.
9.
Add salt to taste.
10.
Pour in an appropriate amount of water and starch, stir fry and leave the pan.
Tips:
1: When the snow peas are blanched, add a few drops of oil to prevent the vegetable color from changing and emerald green.
2: Red radish can better exert its nutritional value after cooking.
