Stir-fried Cucumber with Cashew Nuts

Wash and peel the cucumbers.

Cut the peeled cucumber into hob pieces with a knife.

Heat the wok, pour in the salad oil, add the cashew nuts, fry until golden brown, and pour out.

Add salad oil to the wok again, pour in the cut cucumbers, add salt and stir fry, then pour in cashews and stir fry evenly.
5.
Add monosodium glutamate and starch to the fried cucumber and cashew nuts, pour in sesame oil, and stir-fry evenly out of the pan.
