Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Chili

Wash all ingredients. Cut the chili diagonally into chili rings, and cut the dried tofu into thin strips.

Soak the cuttlefish in warm water for 10 minutes, tear off the black film on the cuttlefish body, remove the bones, eyes, mouthparts, and cut into thin strips. Slice garlic.

Pour in chili and dried cuttlefish and stir fry until the cuttlefish are 9 minutes cooked

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce to taste and stir-fry evenly.
