Stir-fried Cuttlefish with Korean Sauce
1.
I watched the little cuttlefish I bought back at home on the weekend and wondered how the cuttlefish should be delicious. I suddenly remembered the Korean-style fried squid that I had eaten in Changsha. Unfortunately, I didn’t see the chef’s cooking process, but it’s okay. I am talented. OK, hahahahahahaha, next is my DIY, 12 small cuttlefish
2.
Wash the small cuttlefish and cut them into strips. Cut the onions into onion rings. There is no requirement for cutting onions. I just think that cutting the rings is more attractive. I will tell you a little trick. Cutting onions can easily choke your eyes and cause tears. How can we do it? To avoid it, cut the onion in half first, soak it in water for about 5 minutes, then take it out and cut it so that you won’t shed tears.
3.
Bring the oil to a boil first, put the sugar, sesame seeds, cumin, chili sauce, black pepper, Thousand Island sauce, oyster sauce, tomato sauce into the pot, fry into the sauce and set aside.
4.
Then pour peanut oil, add the cuttlefish sticks and stir fry. The oil must be very hot and hot before adding the cuttlefish sticks. This is the key. Be sure to stir fry
5.
When the cuttlefish is a little hard, add onion rings and stir fry
6.
Stir-fry for 2 to 3 minutes and then add the previously fried sauce, add some water to stir-fry the sauce and cuttlefish evenly
7.
After the water is fried, you can start the pan and see if it is very appetizing.
