Stir-fried Diced Beans with Edamame and Rice

Prepare ingredients: edamame, tenderloin, frozen dried tofu and red pepper

Wash the edamame and drain the water

Tenderloin, frozen dried tofu and red pepper diced and set aside (the dried tofu needs to be removed 1 hour in advance to thaw)

Add 0.5g salt, cooking wine and cornstarch to the diced meat, mix well
