Stir-fried Diced Chicken Drumsticks with Canola Oil
1.
Prepare two chicken drumsticks and screw peppers (the screw peppers are bigger here, two are enough, more will be very spicy)
2.
Dice chicken drumsticks.
3.
Put in a bowl, pour cornstarch and marinate.
4.
Grab the cornstarch evenly.
5.
Cut the garlic sprouts into long pieces, cut the screw pepper into rings, shred the ginger, and prepare a little pepper.
6.
Heat the pan, add rapeseed oil, heat the oil to eight layers, and pour in the marinated chicken drumsticks.
7.
Put the peppercorns in a hot pot, pour in the diced chicken drumsticks, and fry for 2 minutes. (If you smell the scent of pepper, you can fish out the pepper and add the diced chicken drumsticks)
8.
Pour the ginger and stir fry evenly.
9.
After two or three minutes, it will be left for use. (Leave bottom oil in the pot)
10.
Leave the bottom oil in the pot, add the garlic sprouts and screw pepper to fry until fragrant.
11.
When the garlic sprouts and screw peppers are cooked until half cooked, pour in the diced chicken drumsticks.
12.
Pour in soy sauce (because it needs to be stir-fried, itโs not easy to shoot while holding the phone while stir-frying)
13.
Add the right amount of chopped pepper.
14.
Add a small amount of warm water and add a teaspoon of salt.
15.
Add proper amount of oyster sauce before serving.
16.
The savory canola oil scented chicken drumsticks are out of the pot!
Tips:
The human body's absorption rate of rapeseed oil is very high, up to 99%. Rapeseed oil has a certain effect of softening blood vessels and delaying aging. Stir-fried chicken with rapeseed oil is very fragrant.
