Stir-fried Diced Diced Chicken

Wash the chicken breast and cut into 1cm cubes.

Add cooking wine, salt and starch.
3.
Grab well and marinate for 10 minutes.

Dry clean and cut into 1cm cubes. Prepare cooked edamame kernels.

Cut garlic into minced pieces.
6.
Heat oil from the pan, add chicken and stir fry until broken.
7.
After frying until the color is broken, remove it and set aside.
8.
Save the base oil, add the tempeh and minced garlic and stir fry for a nice aroma.
9.
Add edamame and stir fry for a while.
10.
Add in fragrant dried, chicken, light soy sauce and salt.
11.
Stir-fry evenly.
Tips:
Both tempeh and light soy sauce are salty, so please use appropriate amount when adding salt.
