Stir-fried Diced Eggplant with Bacon with Millet Pepper

Ingredients: red pepper, millet pepper, eggplant, sausage, corn, green beans

Dice eggplant, pickle with salt, set aside

All other ingredients are diced and set aside; green beans and corn are cooked in hot water for 2 minutes and removed
