Stir-fried Diced Pork with Edamame

Pull the edamame from the rice, cut the dried tofu and meat into small cubes, mince the ginger and garlic, and set aside. Add a little salt to 1 tablespoon of cooking wine and 2 to 3 drops of vinegar and mix well.

Heat the pan with cold oil until 70% to 80% hot, add ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add the diced meat and fry until the color changes and the meat smells.

Add fragrant dried and stir fry a few times, add braised soy sauce to see the color, add some light soy sauce, and stir fry.

Add edamame and stir fry evenly.

Add 3 tablespoons of spicy beef sauce, this depends on the amount, stir-fry evenly, add salt and a little sugar (the sauce is very fresh, so sugar can be added or not), and stir-fry evenly.

Add a small bowl of water to a high heat and turn to medium heat until the juice is collected. Finally, some starch can be used to thicken the sauce.

It will be ready to cook in about ten minutes before and after.
Tips:
Add bean paste or beef sauce, and the amount of salt should be mastered.
