Stir-fried Double Bud
1.
Soak black bean sprouts in water.
2.
Soak soybean sprouts in water, and shred green onions.
3.
Heat the pan with cold oil, saute the pepper and green onion.
4.
Soy bean sprouts are added and sautéed.
5.
Add the black bean sprouts and stir-fry evenly and fry until fragrant.
6.
Season with salt and light soy sauce.
