Stir-fried Double Flower with Pork Belly

Ingredients: pork belly slices, cauliflower, broccoli, green onions, ginger, garlic.

Blanch the cauliflower and broccoli with boiling water. The cauliflower and broccoli will be blanched for longer than the broccoli. Add some cooking oil to the pot when blanching the water. Chop green onion, mince ginger, and mince garlic.

Put a little oil in the pot, add pork belly slices, stir fry, add light soy sauce, cooking wine, and oyster sauce, stir fry.

Add chopped green onion, chopped ginger, and chopped garlic. At the same time, I added two sections of dried chilies to fry them for a nice flavor.

Add cauliflower and stir-fry evenly.

Add broccoli, stir fry, add pepper powder and salt to taste, stir-fry and turn off heat.

Tips:
The cauliflower and broccoli should be blanched separately, and the cauliflower should be blanched for a longer time. Because both vegetables have been blanched, the subsequent frying process takes less time.
