Stir-fried Dried Fish with Vegetables

Tips:
The dried fish itself is relatively salty, so it must be soaked in boiling water a morning before the salty taste, and the water must be changed 4 times on the way. Even after changing 4 times, the water is still a bit salty, so I only added sugar and MSG to neutralize the saltiness. The taste is added as appropriate for your taste, and you need to understand the saltiness of the dried fish to put the seasoning.
The chili I put is not spicy, only slightly spicy, and children can accept it. If you like more spicy, you can add more chili.
