Stir-fried Dried-skinned Fish with Carrots
1.
Wash dry skinned fish, soak in water for a while to remove the salty taste, and shred the ginger for later use.
2.
Wash and dice one carrot. (Carrot peel is quite nutritious, it can be washed, it’s better to keep it if you don’t remove it)
3.
Heat oil in a pan and fry fragrant ginger.
4.
Add the peeled fish and fry it until both sides are slightly yellow. Pick out the ginger and discard it.
5.
Pour in the diced carrots and stir fry.
6.
After stirring for a while, add a spoon of salt, half a spoon of soy sauce, a small amount of water, and cook for a while.
