Stir-fried Dried Tofu with Leek and Moss

Shred the dried bean curd.

Wash the leek and cut into sections, mince the onion and ginger.
3.
Add oil in a hot pan and stir-fry the dried bean curd.

Until the dried tofu surface becomes tight.
5.
Then put in the leek.
6.
Add soy sauce to make it fresh, stir-fry the chopped green onion and ginger over high heat for 2 minutes.
