Stir Fried Duck Gizzards
1.
Wash the duck gizzards and slice them, and marinate them first. The marinade is half a spoon of cooking wine, an egg white, two teaspoons of starch, half a teaspoon of salt (about 2g), and a little pepper.
2.
Marinate for more than half an hour
3.
While marinating, slice the onion and green pepper
4.
Heat the oil in a pan, stir-fry the duck gizzards on high heat until the color is basically changed, add ginger slices when stir-frying
5.
I added water and boiled the duck gizzards. I didn't want to cook it at first, but when I tasted one, it was a bit hard and it was a bit hard to chew, so I added water and boiled it for about 10 minutes.
6.
Add other side dishes and stir fry, add half a teaspoon of light soy sauce, a teaspoon of less than salt (about 4-5 grams), a teaspoon of less than sugar (about 4-5 grams), add a little water starch to thicken, about high heat Stir fry for 2-3 minutes, then out of the pan
Tips:
Duck gizzards are really not very cooked. It is best to cook the duck gizzards first, and then slice them for stir-frying, so that the taste will be better.
