Stir-fried Duck Intestines with Pickled Peppers and Carrots

Duck intestines wash and control water

Cut the duck intestines into small sections, chop the finished dried radish, chop pickled peppers, and mince soaked ginger (if there is no soaked ginger, use minced ginger and pickled pepper water)

Put the pot on fire, bring the oil to a boil

Add duck intestines, stir fry, add white wine
5.
Stir-fry the water, add dried radish, pickled pepper, pickled ginger and continue to fry

When the duck intestine juice becomes less, add salt, light soy sauce, and pepper noodles and continue to fry until the soup is almost dried out.
