Stir-fried Edamame Seeds with Minced Meat

Shredded mustard tuber and set aside.

Rinse the edamame seeds and remove them from the water and drain the water.

Add the cooking wine, salt, white pepper and ground ginger to the pork puree and mix well.

Add edamame seeds and stir fry evenly.

Tips:
Because pickled mustard tuber and old godmother are added, no salt is added to this dish
