Griddle Catfish

The catfish bought back has been killed.

Wash and cut into small pieces.

Put the fish cubes into the basin, add cooking wine, salt, hoisin sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, white pepper, and mix well and marinate for more than half an hour.

Tips:
The fish should be marinated for as long as possible so that the fish will be more delicious
