Catfish is high in protein and low in fat, rich in multiple vitamins and trace elements. It is a good nourishing and nutritious product. The protein content is 13.7% and the fat is 4.7%. It is known as the top grade in freshwater edible fish. I asked the boss how to make good food, and the answer was that both dry pot and braised are delicious. The boss helped to kill the fish. I went home and washed and cut into sections. Then I added sauce to marinate for a good taste. Finally, I put it in a casserole and cooked it. The whole process only added the seasoning and no water. I put a lot of garlic and ginger slices in it for ten minutes. Well, open the lid and the fragrance is overflowing. It is really too fragrant. Taste it. The fish is tender and plump, especially the meat in the belly of the fish is really delicious!
