Stir-fried Edamame with Green Peppers and Tomatoes

Peel the edamame, wash and drain;

Green peppers are finely chopped, and tomatoes are peeled and finely chopped;

Heat up a wok, add some oil and minced meat;

Stir-fry the minced meat, stir-fry until 8 is mature, serve and set aside;

Leave the remaining oil in the pot, add the green peppers and tomatoes and stir fry until the tomatoes are watery and the green peppers become soft;

Pour in edamame and stir fry appropriately;

Add a small amount of boiling water, cover the pot, and simmer for 2 minutes on medium-low heat;
8.
After opening the lid, pour in the fried minced meat;
9.
Stir fry properly, add light soy sauce and salt to taste.
