Stir-fried Edamame with Ham and Loofah

Prepare the main ingredients

The edamame is shelled and set aside.

Peel the loofah and cut into hob pieces, wash and set aside.

Peel the black fungus and tear off the small flowers. Cut the ham into thin slices and set aside.

Heat the oil in the wok over medium heat, add edamame and stir fry, add a little water, cover and cook until 8 minutes are cooked, and serve.

Tips:
1 Soak the cut loofah in cold water with lemon juice to prevent discoloration. Otherwise, cut it fresh.
