Stir-fried Edamame with Mustard

Peel the edamame and clean it.

Wash the mustard tuber clean and shred.
3.
Soak the mustard tuber in clean water for a while, squeeze out the water (I think the mustard tuber is too salty).

Boil water in a pot, add edamame and cook until the water is boiled.

Put the oil in the pot to heat, add the mustard slices and fry a few times.

Add edamame to high heat and fry for a minute.
7.
Season with a little salt.

Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

Finished product.
