Stir-fried Edamame with Mustard

1. Peel the edamame and clean it.

2. Wash the mustard tuber clean and shred.

3. Soak the mustard tuber in clean water for a while, squeeze out the water (I think the mustard tuber is too salty).

4. Boil water in a pot, add edamame and cook until the water is boiled.

5. Put the oil in the pot to heat, add the mustard slices and fry a few times.

6. Add edamame to high heat and fry for a minute.

7. Season with a little salt.

8. Add chicken essence and stir fry evenly, turn off the heat.

9. Finished product.
