Stir-fried Edamame with Rice White

The edamame should be peeled and burned. After peeling the edamame, wash and control the water, remove the water chestnut, and wash the carrots.

Prepare the garlic cloves, water chestnuts and carrots and cut into hob pieces

Tips:
1. The fresh and tender edamame will be cooked in a short while with a little water, so the cooking time depends on the quality of the edamame.
2. Adding light soy sauce will make it more delicious. If you don't like adding light soy sauce, increase the amount of salt. Edamame is not easy to taste, and the salt should be a little more than usual.
