Stir-fried Edamame with Spring Bamboo Shoots

Spring bamboo shoots and cut fingernails.

Boiling water is enough to die and fish out.

Peel the edamame in brine.
4.
Cut carrots and millet peppers into small cubes.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, and stir-fry the garlic and pepper until fragrant.
