Bought fresh eel slices, added some tender ginger slices and green pepper slices and fried them together! Very delicious!

Stir-fried Eel with Ginger Pepper

1. Clean the eel slices you bought back

2. Sliced young ginger

3. Green pepper cut into small pieces

4. Boil the eel slices in the pot

5. After seeing the discoloration, take it out and wash away the blood foam

6. Cut the eel into small pieces

7. Stir fry garlic slices in a frying pan

8. Put the sliced eel first and stir fry

9. Add ginger slices and continue to fry

10. Add some cooking wine

11. Add green peppers and stir fry

12. Add some salt to taste

13. Add some light soy sauce

14. Add some sugar and stir well

15. Sprinkle some pepper before starting the pan and stir-fry until it is out of the pan

Tips:

1. The eel slices are blanched first to remove the mucus on the outside;
