Stir-fried Eel with Ginger Pepper

Clean the eel slices you bought back

Sliced young ginger

Green pepper cut into small pieces

Boil the eel slices in the pot

After seeing the discoloration, take it out and wash away the blood foam

Stir fry garlic slices in a frying pan

Put the sliced eel first and stir fry

Add ginger slices and continue to fry

Add some cooking wine
