Stir-fried Eggplant with Sauerkraut

Ingredients: eggplant, sauerkraut (chopped), hot pepper (cleaned and cut)

Remove the stalks of the eggplant and wash it.

Put it on the chopping board and cut it into hob blocks.

Pour the oil in the pot to heat, add the cut eggplant and fry it until soft, remove it.
