Stir-fried Enoki Mushrooms

Wash and shred cucumber

Carrots peeled, washed and shredded

Wash and shred the green onions
4.
Wash the enoki mushrooms and let them blanch in boiling water for 1 minute. Remove cold water

Heat oil in a wok, sauté pepper and chili
6.
Put enoki mushrooms, cucumbers, carrots, and green onions on a plate, put the seasonings and mix well
7.
Pour in good hot oil, mix well and serve immediately
Tips:
The blanching time of enoki mushrooms must not be too long, as they are crispy and tender.
