Stir-fried Enoki Mushrooms

Prepare raw materials;

Boil enoki mushrooms in water and add appropriate amount of salt;

Remove the enoki mushrooms until they are blanched and cooked;

Add appropriate amount of light soy sauce;
5.
Heat the pan with cold oil, add garlic granules and stir fragrant;

Add green and red pepper to stir fry;
7.
After the green and red peppers are slightly discolored, you can pour them together with hot oil on the freshly blanched enoki mushrooms;
8.
Serve it to the table and stir well when eating.
Tips:
Tips: 1. Add appropriate amount of salt to blanch the enoki mushrooms and cook for later use; 2. Saute the garlic cubes in hot oil, then stir-fry the green and red peppers, and pour it on the blanched enoki mushrooms while hot; 3. When blanching, add some salt for the bottom taste, and add a little light soy sauce when mixing, so there is no need to add salt.
