Stir-fried Fish Tofu with Bell Pepper

Wash the bell peppers and tear them into small pieces by hand

Fish tofu, sweet or not spicy, crab sticks, etc., sliced or cut into sections

Sliced green onion, sliced garlic

Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, put the bell peppers into the water, put the bell peppers and bring them to a boil, then you can remove them for use.

Tips:
Fish tofu tends to stick to the pot, so be careful to turn and add some water during the frying process
