Stir-fried Fish Tofu with Bell Pepper

1. Wash the bell peppers and tear them into small pieces by hand

2. Fish tofu, sweet or not spicy, crab sticks, etc., sliced or cut into sections

3. Sliced green onion, sliced garlic

4. Put water in a pot and bring to a boil, put the bell peppers into the water, put the bell peppers and bring them to a boil, then you can remove them for use.

5. Put an appropriate amount of peanut oil in the pot, put the onion and garlic and saute until fragrant

6. Fish tofu sweet but not spicy crab sticks in the pot and stir fry a few times
