Stir-fried Fish Tofu with Garlic Moss

Prepare the ingredients. Cut the garlic moss into sections about 3cm long, cut the fish tofu in half and then slice into thin slices, shred the colored pepper

Hot pot with vegetable oil. It is recommended that the amount of oil is slightly less than usual for cooking, and the garlic moss does not absorb oil

Pour the garlic moss after the oil is hot

Stir-fry on high heat for about 5 minutes, until the garlic skin is golden

Pour in shredded colored pepper and stir fry for 1 minute

Add 1/3 spoon of pepper, 2 full spoons of light soy sauce

Tips:
1. The fish tofu must be put after the seasoning is complete. The fish tofu itself has a salty taste. Putting it too early will inhale more soy sauce, and the taste will be too salty.
2. The characteristic of garlic moss is that it does not absorb oil and salt, so fried garlic moss seasoned with salt is always sweet and difficult to taste. In the end, I found that only using soy sauce to fry, the saltiness and hardness of the garlic moss are just right.
3. Keep the fire up and stir fry the whole time.
