Stir-fried Flower Armor

Blanch the sixties, pick them up and clean them immediately after opening your mouth.

Cut the chives, bean drum, ginger and garlic into small pieces and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add the white onion, bean drum, ginger, and garlic diced to stir fry until fragrant.

Pour in the sixtieth piece again.
5.
Pour a few drops of rice wine, stir-fry for tens of seconds, add a small amount of water and simmer for about half a minute.
6.
Add the green onions when the water is dry, and season them appropriately.
7.
A very delicious dish.
Tips:
1. The bought sixtieth can be kept in light salt water for a few hours to make it cleaner.
