Stir-fried Flying Crab with Curry

Wash the crabs and steam them until cooked. I used live crabs, so I was a little scared to just open the shell and get guts, so I steamed it first.

Remove the sandbags, gills and other internal organs and break them into small pieces
3.
Heat oil in a pan, fry soft onions, sauté curry powder or curry cubes
4.
Pour in the crabs, add a little milk or coconut milk, and stir fry
5.
Stir-fry until the juice is collected
