Stir Fried Frog

Cut ginger, chili, garlic cloves, green peppers, garlic leaves and set aside

Marinate the frog with salt and cooking wine (two spoons) of ginger and set aside

Heat the pan with oil (5 tablespoons). Heat the ginger slices, sour peppers, and garlic slices to taste.

Pour in the marinated frog and stir fry, add appropriate amount of salt, two teaspoons of light soy sauce, two tablespoons of cooking wine, and stir fry ➕ Simmer in water for 2 minutes (the frog should be cooked thoroughly before you can eat it safely), then add the green peppers and garlic leaves. Stir fry a few times, put a small spoonful of dark soy sauce and stir evenly on a plate
