Stir-fried Frozen Bamboo Shoots with Garlic Sprouts

Shred the green pepper and diced garlic.

Take out the frozen bamboo shoots in advance to thaw.

Heat up the pan with little oil, add the minced garlic and sauté the bottom of the pan, then add the sprouts and stir-fry evenly.

Frozen bamboo shoots and stir fry for a few minutes (the ice ballast on the bamboo shoots melts into water, you can stir fry without adding water).
5.
Add the shredded green pepper and stir fry for a while.

Season with oil and salt.
