Stir-fried Garlic

Wash the garlic, cut into long strips, and pack the roots and leaves separately.

Put oil in the pot and heat it up.
3.
Fry the roots of the garlic first, and fry until soft.
4.
Add garlic leaves and stir fry.
5.
Add appropriate amount of salt and ground chili, and continue to fry.
6.
Turn off the heat after sautéing garlic leaves until soft. Remember not to put water.
7.
Platter.
