Stir-fried Garlic Moss with Morels

Soak the morels in warm water for about 20 minutes, then remove the morels and wash them off.

Soak the morel mushrooms in the water to settle, pour out the clean water and set aside.

Wash the garlic moss and cut into small pieces.

Heat an appropriate amount of oil in a pot, sauté ginger garlic, dried red pepper, and peppercorns until fragrant.

Add morel mushrooms and garlic moss and stir fry a few times.
6.
One spoonful of water soaked in morel mushrooms, stir fry for another minute or two.
7.
Season with salt and chicken essence.
8.
Stir-fry evenly, turn off the heat and serve.
