Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Bacon
1.
Ingredients: bacon, garlic sprouts, red pepper.
2.
Soak the bacon in clean water to remove the salt flavor and cut into thin slices.
3.
The garlic sprouts and red peppers are washed separately and cut. The white garlic should be cut diagonally to make it easy to fry and taste.
4.
Heat the pan over medium and low heat, pour in the cut bacon and stir-fry until the oil is cooked. The bacon is slightly charred, the fat part will become transparent, and the lean part will give off a fragrance.
5.
Pour the garlic white and red pepper into the pot and stir-fry on high heat. The garlic white and pepper take longer than the garlic leaf fry, so the garlic white should be fried first.
6.
Pour the fried bacon into the pan, then pour the garlic leaves into the pan, continue to stir-fry until cooked, and then it is ready to be taken out of the pan.
Tips:
1. The bacon should be cut into thin slices. The thinner the bacon, the easier it is to fry the oil. 2. Choose garlic sprouts with small leaves and not round garlic heads, so that the sauerkraut is fragrant.
