Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Ham

Prepare 1 pinch of minced garlic and 2 sticks of ham.

Wash the minced garlic to remove the roots, pinch off the yellow leaves, and cut into diagonally cut sections.

Cut the ham with an oblique knife.

Burn oil in a pot.
5.
Pour in the garlic sprouts and stir-fry at 60% of the oil temperature.
6.
Add salt and five-spice powder and stir fry.
7.
Pour in the ham sausage and stir fry, then pour in the soy sauce and fragrant.
8.
Stir-fry quickly, turn off the heat and serve on a platter.
