Stir-fried Garlic Sprouts with Sliced Pork

Remove the old roots from the garlic sprouts, cut them off, and clean them for later use.

Slice the pork belly and marinate with cornstarch and cooking wine for half an hour.

Heat in a frying pan until six mature, pour in corn oil, stir-fry the pork slices on high heat until the surface is slightly yellowish.

Pour in garlic sprouts and stir-fry on high heat, add a spoonful of bean paste.

Stir fry quickly for a few minutes.

Add a teaspoon of salt and stir-fry evenly.
7.
Sprinkle in the chopped green onion and stir-fry evenly out of the pot.
