Stir-fried Garlic with Garlic

Take out fresh ingredients from the refrigerator: flower beetle, garlic, green onion, coriander, red pepper.

Soak the flower beetle in light salt water, so that the flower beetle can spit out the sand and other dirt as much as possible; soak it for about 2 hours, and change the water frequently in the middle.

Wash the coriander, red pepper, and green onions. Cut the coriander into small sections. Remove the seeds and slice the red pepper. Cut the green onions into chopped green onions. Separate the green and white onions. Peel the garlic and chop into minced garlic.

Clean the soaked flower beetles, add appropriate amount of water to the pot, boil, and cook until the shells of the flower beetle are all opened, turn off the heat immediately.

Tips:
Fresh flower beetle, soaked in light salt water for a period of time, can make the flower beetle spit out fine sand.
