Stir-fried Gassho Melon with Carrots
1.
Wash carrots and gassho melon separately and cut into thin slices
2.
Stir-fry the garlic slices in a hot pan with oil to create a fragrance
3.
Pour gassho melon and carrots into the pot and stir fry together.
4.
Add the right amount of salt and oyster sauce and stir fry for a while before serving
Tips:
Since carrots and gassho melon are both vegetables that can be eaten raw, it should not take too long to fry, otherwise the taste will not be crispy.
