In fact, my favorite way to eat ginkgo is to open a mouth and slowly open it on the stove. After it is cooked, it is very delicious. Unfortunately, there is no such stove outside. Sometimes I just use it when I want to eat it. Cook directly in the microwave, but this time the amount is small, let’s use it to fry dishes.

Stir-fried Ginkgo with Hot and Sour Cabbage

1. Ginkgo shelled and boiled in boiling water for two minutes

2. Remove the skin and set aside

3. Take a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce and vinegar to a bowl of sauce

4. Stir-fry minced garlic and peppers in hot oil

5. Add cabbage and stir-fry softly

6. Stir fry with ginkgo

7. Finally pour the sauce

8. Stir it quickly and evenly

Tips:

1. It is more convenient to cook ginkgo in advance and stir fry

2. The sauce can be adjusted relatively less, I have a little bit more this time
