Stir-fried Gluten with Green Pepper and Shredded Pork
1.
Prepare ingredients: water gluten, shredded pork, two green peppers, some green onions, two coriander, three or four dried red peppers.
2.
The water gluten is torn into strips along the lines and rinsed for later use.
3.
Put the oil in the pan, pour the shredded pork, add cooking wine, soy sauce, sugar and a little salt. The amount of salt is enough for the salty taste of the shredded pork.
4.
Put a little oil in a separate pot, add chopped green onion and dried chilies, and stir fragrant.
5.
Add a spoonful of June fragrant bean paste and stir fry for a fragrant flavor.
6.
After stirring the fragrant bean paste, add the torn water gluten, add a little water, and stir-fry for two minutes. During this time, if the water dries, you can add a little more water.
7.
After the gluten is fried for about two minutes, add green pepper shreds.
8.
Add soy sauce.
9.
Add a little salt, because the bean paste itself is salty enough and the shredded pork is already salty, so just add a little salt and turn it for about half a minute.
10.
Before serving, put the chopped coriander into the pan and stir-fry it to turn off the heat. For those who like to put chicken essence, just add some chicken essence before serving.

Tips:
1 The water gluten is torn by hand, personally, it tastes better than knife-cut.
2 When frying water gluten, you can put some water appropriately, otherwise it will be easy to stick to the pot.
3 personal feelings, for ordinary cooking, adding some coriander before it is out of the pan can increase the aroma of the dish.
