Ingredients

Stir-fried Green and Red Peppers

1. Wash and break the colored peppers into slices.

2. Put oil in the pot and put onion and ginger aniseed until fragrant.

3. Put the colored peppers and stir fry.

4. Put salt.

5. Put the dark soy sauce on the color (the dark soy sauce will be too dark if you put too much soy sauce, but the light soy sauce is too light)

6. Stir-fry and evenly add a little water to boil.

7. Put starch to thicken.

8. Add the minced garlic for a fragrance.

9. Collect the juice out of the pot.

Tips:

1. You can put some sliced pork belly, but tonight I will stir-fry a lot of meat at home.
2. The amplifying material feels more fragrant. Put a little more salt than usual because green peppers don't like the taste.
