Stir-fried Green Crab with Ginger and Green Onion
1.
Dispose of the blue crab, wash and cut into pieces, and slap the crab's feet flat.
2.
Slice ginger and cut green onion into sections.
3.
Heat the pan and sauté the ginger slices.
4.
Stir-fry on high heat, add crab and fry until the color changes.
5.
It's too big, so I need to fry it for a while.
6.
After it is red, add a small bowl of water and an appropriate amount of salt. It will have to be simmered for a while, otherwise it will not be cooked, because it is too big.
7.
Put the lid on for about 5-8 minutes, and stir fry in the middle.
8.
Alright, add the green onions, stir-fry until there is a green onion fragrance, and then serve. If you like to fry it out and dry it, you can control the amount of water you add. Or if there are few crabs, you can put the ginger and green onions directly in the hot oil pan.
9.
Out of the pan, two big plates, too fragrant.
