Stir-fried Green Pepper with Cumin Cuttlefish

Soak the dried cuttlefish with water.

Shred the green pepper.

Put oil in the pan and fry the green peppers for a while.

Add a small amount of salt and fry until 7 is ripe.

Pour out the fried green peppers.

Put another oil in the pot, add the ginger and shallots until fragrant.

Stir-fry the cuttlefish for a while.

Add oyster sauce and stir-fry evenly.

Add a small bowl of water and boil until the juice is collected.
