Stir-fried Green Pepper with Duck Gizzards

Wash the duck gizzards, add cooking wine, ginger slices, and dried chilies to the pot to blanch water.

The blanched duck gizzards are rinsed with running water and cut into slices.

Green and red pepper, ginger and garlic slices.
4.
Heat oil in a pot, sauté ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Stir fry the duck gizzards.
6.
Add cooking wine, very fresh flavor, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce (a little) and stir fry evenly.
7.
Add water, cover and simmer for seven or eight minutes.
8.
Stir fry with green and red peppers.
9.
Add a pinch of salt and stir fry.
10.
Finally, add a little sugar and chicken essence to taste.
